IT Project Coordinator

Requirement :

1. Have more than 4 years of working experiences
2. More than 3 years of project experience
3. Have more than 2 years of project leadership experience
4. Have knowledge of Project Management methodology
5. Have intermediate level of Microsoft Office Excel skills (minimum pivot and lookup)
6. Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with various stakeholders
7. Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently
8. Have good skills in document management
9. Able to analyze data and information to make informed decisions

Job Description :

1. Lead and organize the project team in order to achieve the predetermined work objectives.
2. Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources required.
3. Identify emerging project risks and coordinate their mitigation with relevant stakeholders
4. Create implementation project progress reports and communicate them to stakeholders on a regular basis.
5. Conduct a review of the completeness of project documents in accordance with project procedures
6. Manage all project documents, including contracts, reports, and other documentation.
7. Follow up with relevant stakeholders to obtain project progress status.
8. Resolve problems that arise during project implementation and find effective solutions.
